Payment is required before or on the day of your appointment. For treatment that takes more than one visit such as Ceramics, Implants, Composite Bonding or Aligners we require payment on the first visit.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for a minimum of 2 working days’ notice if you would like to rearrange/cancel your appointment or we regret a late cancellation fee would apply. Cancellation charges are £250 per hour of appointment time cancelled/rescheduled

Guarantees: Ceramics are guaranteed for 2 years following placement. Accidental damage, or that due to neglect causing primary or secondary disease, development of crowding, gum recession, a change in aesthetic aims, teeth drifting over time, teeth that have root canal therapy and treatment carried out by other clinicians are not covered by the guarantee. It is conditional on attending a review appointment within 8 weeks post-completion, wearing a night guard or removable retainers, maintaining visits to the hygienist and yearly health check visits to us, according to our advised interval.
